69-H202 swivel
- For the 50' Hose Reel - used to have 3/8" MNPT going into the reel but now have 1/2"
69-H208 swivel
- For the 100' and 200' hose reel - used to have 1/2" MNPT going into the reel but now have 3/4"
We have updated the part numbers in our inventory system and have adjusted the parts bin accordingly.
IMPORTANT - Dealers MUST check with the customer if they are in need of one to make sure we ask which size the Male Thread is. This way if they have an old 100' reel it will now take the 50' swivel and if they have an old 50' reel we must adapt the 1/2" one down to 3/8" etc.
Quick Storage:
For overnight storage or during transportation to and from a job in possible freezing conditions do the following:
- Turn engine off then turn off water supply
- Remove garden hose from pressure washer
- Remove Wand assembly from pressure hose, point wand into the air and squeeze the trigger allowing water to discharge from the base of the gun
- Start pressure washer and run for no more than 10 seconds without water supply attached. This will discharge water from the pump, unloader and hose assembly.
- Turn fuel valve on on engine
Long Term Storage:
Same as above with the addition of the following:
Engine:
- Fill fuel tank full of gasoline to prevent condensation
- Drain fuel from the bottom of the carburetor float bowl. With the fuel valve in the off position, remove the 10mm bolt located just above the bottom of the float bowl allowing the remaining carburetor fuel to discharge into a shop towel.
Pump:
- Remove pressure hose
- Siphon feed RV antifreeze into the pump inlet (use a funnel and old shortened garden hose) turning the engine over by hand until the antifreeze comes out the outlet (discharge fitting). This will prevent freeze damage as well as maintain pump seals during the extended idle periods. Seals and O-rings can dry out and harden during extended periods without use. Dried out or brittle seals can cause leaks and result in lack of pressure.
